The adaptation of the comic written by Neil Gaiman will soon return to Netflix.
As Netflix pushes ahead with controversial new policies to assert its economic course, one of its most successful and celebrated series has finally gotten filming on its new episodes.The series "The Sandman", a television adaptation of the acclaimed comic created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth and Mike Dringenberg, was renewed last November by the streaming giant and its second season is currently in development.Photos from set in the UK show Tom Sturridge back as "Morpheus", the anthropomorphic personification of dreams, alongside an actor who appears to bring "Orpheus" to life. Goyer and showrunner Allan Heinberg, presenting in its first season a story that began in World War I when a group of ambitious humans with pretense of mystics seek to capture the "Death" to revive the loved ones they lost in the great war, but, instead, they catch his brother "Dream", who will be imprisoned for more than 100 years.
